ARC Real Estates was formed in 1997 to manage an innovative product called (PEPS) Part Exchange Purchase Scheme.

It is widely acknowledged that part exchange is often the fastest and most straightforward way for developers to move purchasers into their new homes, with the minimum of fuss.

Yet in the past, if a developer had funded and handled their own in-house part exchange scheme it involved them tying up large sums of money in second hand properties. It also exposed them to potentially large losses if the part exchange property didn't sell quickly. Additional staff were also required to handle and manage their part exchange portfolio, especially once the properties became vacant.

Our Part Exchange Purchase Scheme addresses the aforementioned problems by removing all risk and costs from the developer by effectively buying the property directly from the purchasers of the new home. All the costs involved in selling and managing the part exchange property subsequently become ARC's responsibility including any losses should the property sell for less than the agreed part exchange price.

In summary, ARC's Part Exchange Purchase Scheme offers all of the benefits of part exchange, but with none of the risks.
