If you have a purchaser who wishes to consider part exchanging their existing house there is some basic information we will require, such as address, house type, age etc.

Your sales office then faxes this information to us and we will then make arrangements for valuations to be carried out by local Estate Agents and a Chartered Surveyor.

Providing the valuations are all within a realistic spread of each other we will then notify you of our part exchange offer price (payment tables available on request).

The offer is made to the purchaser by yourselves to retain the continuity between you and your clients and to allow you to top up the offer and add any incentives, if necessary.

If your purchaser accepts the part exchange offer ARC will appoint two local Estate Agents to start marketing the property straight away and we become responsible for the sale of the property from that point.

Once the legal work is carried out and the purchaser is ready to complete on the new house, exchange of contracts takes place and a completion date is set.
