How it Works
Offering Part Exchange to your buyers using ARC’s scheme is very simple. There are no tie-ins, contracts or agreements to sign, there is no cost involved to offer the service and no obligation to provide us with a minimum number of properties. You are free to use our scheme as often or as little as required.
Our Part Exchange scheme can be tailored to suit your exact needs, whether you wish to brand it as your own scheme or advertise it as a stand alone service available to assist your customers.
Typically the process works as follows:
Step 1
You send us a Part Exchange enquiry form with details of your buyer’s property.
Step 2
We contact your buyer to arrange a free home visit.
Step 3
Whilst at the property we discuss the process in more detail and explain all the benefits of Part Exchange to your buyer.
Step 4
We then arrange for two local estate agents to value the property.
Step 5
In most cases the offer is made direct to you rather than to your buyer. By doing it this way you retain the continuity and relationship with your buyer and can put together a bespoke package to suit your buyers individual needs that will best enable them to purchase your new home.
Step 6
If the offer is accepted a survey is carried out in order to confirm the offer.
Step 7
Once this is done, solicitors are instructed and we proceed to purchase the property in line with timescales you agree with your buyer.
