We offer a range of negotiated purchase prices, which range from 80% to 85% of professional valuation dependent on volume and other conditions. ARC will be liable within the fee structure for all estate agents' fees, legal costs, funding, maintenance, insurance and all other costs appertaining to the sub-sale.
