We offer a range of negotiated purchase prices, which range from 87% to 90% of professional valuation dependent on volume and other conditions. ARC will be liable within the fee structure for all estate agents' fees, legal costs, funding, maintenance, insurance and all other costs appertaining to the sub-sale.

ARC are unable to purchase properties valued below £100,000.
