How quickly can you buy my house?
Once we have agreed a price with you we can buy properties in a matter of a few days when necessary. However the process normally takes about 4 weeks.
Do I need to get a Home Information Pack?
If your home is not on the market, you do not need a HIP to sell to us.
Will you consider properties of any value?
Yes, we have no minimum or maximum price restrictions.
Do you look at properties anywhere in the country?
We can consider properties anywhere in the whole of England and Wales.
Do I still have to pay estate agents fees if you buy my property?
As we buy the property directly from you, you don’t have to pay agents fees.
Do I need to organise valuations on my property?
No, we will arrange for valuations to be carried out.
My home is worth more that the property I want to buy, does that matter?
Not at all, we will consider your property regardless of whether it has a higher or lower value than the home you want to buy.
Do you consider any type of property?
We can consider most types of residential property providing they are mortgageable and saleable.
How much will you pay for my property?
It can depend upon the type of property, its location and its value, but in certain instances we are able to pay up to 90% of its value.
I just want to sell my property and am not buying another one, can your scheme still help me?
