- No, providing the property is worth over £100,000 we will consider buying the property, meaning you can even offer Part Exchange to purchasers moving down market.

- Do I need to organise for the property to be valued?
- No, simply fax the details of the purchaser's house to us on the relevant form and we will do the rest

- What's in it for me?
- Part Exchange is the quickest, easiest and most straightforward way to get purchasers into their new house, saving you time and trouble and ensuring you get your commission quicker.

- Who makes the Part Exchange offer to the purchaser?
- You do. We let you know the offer figure and you retain the control and contact with your purchasers and make the offer to them directly.

- What if the property sells for less than the Part Exchange offer?
- ARC are financially responsible for any losses, not the developer or purchaser.

- How do ARC earn their money?
- ARC buy the Part Exchange property at a reduced percentage of its market value. We earn our fee by selling the property after we have paid Estate Agents' fees, funding costs, insurance premiums, community charge, and maintenance fees, etc.
