Part Exchange is the quickest and easiest way for new homes builders and developers to secure sales on their sites. Many people think that Part Exchange can only be offered by the larger, national house builders to their buyers as they have the means and resource to offer such a service, however that is not the case.
ARC Property Group provide a Part Exchange and Chain Breaking service to house builders and developers throughout England and Wales, whether they are a national developer building 100’s of properties a month or a small local developer building just a few units each year.

Part Exchange?
For those builders who don't offer Property Part Exchange, our scheme allows them to do so but without any of the associated risk or cost. However it can also assist developers who run their own part exchange scheme.Builders who already operate their own part exchange scheme can often be restricted by the type, location, age, or price of property they can consider, however we are not bound by the same restrictions. Our Part Exchange scheme offers complete flexibility, but most importantly price differential does not matter. Traditionally builders were only able to offer Part Exchange to buyers who were trading up by a certain margin - but not anymore.
ARC’s scheme means that any builder can now offer Part Exchange to their buyers whether they are selling a property of a higher, lower or similar value to the one they are buying.
